Caspian fishermen
dream of catching the great Beluga. Due to the immense size of the
fish, Beluga also produces the largest eggs of all sturgeons. Its large
grain, fine skin and rarity has made Beluga caviar one of the most
exquisite delicacies in the world.
Rich, nutty and creamy, the grains detach themselves smoothly, and the taste is described as a faint flavor of the sea.
