Our hand trimmed,
presliced Smoked Scottish Salmon comes from one of the few smokehouses
left in the world that still smokes salmon in a traditional open fire
smokehouse. This very unique smoking method produces a delicate and
clean flavor that cannot be replicated in modern electric smoking
kilns. Although this is a costly and time consuming technique, you will surely appreciate the difference.
Only the finest
fresh Scottish salmon is selected, which is then hand cured with a
blend of pure sea salt and brown sugar. The salmon is then smoked in
small batches using oak shavings from age old whisky barrels imported
from the highlands of Scotland. Once the salmon has been smoked it is
fully trimmed by hand, sliced and vacuum packed fresh for your
enjoyment.


The delicate taste
of caviar has traditionally been enjoyed on its own. However, Caviar Blinis with a touch of crème fraîche will add to the experience
without overwhelming the caviar.
Our
French caviar blinis are almost two inches in diameter each and come in
a pack of sixteen. Made from wheat flour, water and vegetable oils, blinis have a dough-like taste similar to a crisp pancake. Once heated
in the oven, grill, or toaster, the Blinis make for a perfect
accompaniment for all types of caviar.

Crème Fraîche is a
delicious French cream similar to the popular sour cream. Possessing a
thicker texture and more gentle tang, it serves as a fresh,
complementary bed upon which caviar can be served. Atop a blini, crème
fraîche paired with smoked salmon and a touch of caviar creates an
unforgettable appetizer for a party or intimate gathering.

5.1oz. tins of French RougiE Goose Foie Gras arrive fully
prepared and ready to eat. Goose foie gras is typically softer and more
